The training phase

I quickly get involved in your processes so that you have more time to take care of your business relationships.
I am happy to receive a short product training from you and write down the product dimensions, goods tariff numbers and other important things to guarantee a smooth transaction.

The establishment and invoicing

So that I can act as "your employee", the appropriate accesses are created.

In addition, I set up a proof of performance for your company, for invoicing the working hours inclusive VAT at the end of the months.
Special agreements are taken into account.

Expenses are charged 1:1.

Organization of transports

regardless of whether truck (partial or full load), air freight, sea transport (LCL or FCL), refrigerated goods, liquid transports or pallet transports.
I act in the interests of your company and guarantee good conditions at freight forwarders and shipping companies.

Also, the shipping of documents or patterns, I like to take over for you.
I work with among other DHL, DPD or General Overnight.

Do you have your forwarder with whom you would like to continue working together?
I adapt to your needs and wishes and lead this on.

Creation of transport documents

For intra-German deliveries you need a delivery note and, depending on the product, eg certificates of analysis, veterinary certificates or other.
For export, depending on the country, additional documents, such as EUR1, AT.R, or even a certificate of origin is required.
No matter if inner German, Europe or a third country ...
I am familiar with the import regulations and I will send you the relevant documents including the Intrastat declarations to the Federal Statistical Office for EU traffic.

Import- Organisation

Do you import goods from eg China?
This also requires the eventual transport organization, monitoring the punctual loading and transmission of the import declaration to the customs.
Also, the timely collection of goods at the port with exemption and B / L transmission requires the full attention of a clerk.
My import processing is already so routine that it is done in the shortest possible time with the highest quality.

Preparation of export declarations (MRNs)

For every export outside the EU you need an export declaration.
This is not a problem because I have cooperations with reliable customs declarants.

Monitoring your stock levels

Do you store your goods?
I would be happy to keep your inventory lists, compare them with your warehouse and check which goods are still in stock and, for example, can still be sold / would have to be sold soon.
The different storage methods are not foreign to me.

Do you need another foreign warehouse for your products?
I am happy to make my contacts available to you.

Preparing accounting

To round off my portfolio, I create your outgoing invoices and post your incoming invoices in your ERP program.
Here I work in cooperation with your tax consultant and forward this monthly your income and expenses.
